Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin are two peptides commonly studied for their complementary roles in stimulating the growth hormone (GH) axis through distinct but synergistic mechanisms. Tesamorelin, a growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, appears to act at the pituitary level by promoting pulsatile GH secretion, while Ipamorelin selectively activates the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) without significantly affecting other hormonal pathways.
